Enjoy our Gym and Swim classes or consider our Cross Training or Windmills swimming program for an extra challenge. Many options are available for young children and teens! Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied throughout the building by an adult at all times. |

SPECIAL PROGRAMS FOR CHILDRENAqua Percept is a gym and swim program for children who otherwise might not participate in regular physical activities. Adapted Gym and Swim is for children with special needs who could benefit from a low student-instructor ratio. Both programs are designed to make movement and learning to swim enjoyable and fun. First time registrants must speak with the program supervisors to ensure that your child is placed in the appropriate program. COMPETITIVE PROGRAM – CANOE KAYAK CLUB

Youth to MastersMore than 150 paddlers aged 8 to 88 train for the goal of participating in regattas at the regional, provincial and national level. Throughout the season, athletes are invited to participate in at least three regional regattas and at the provincial championships. During the peak season, most athletes train twice a day, five days a week, and compete in regattas on a weekly basis. Prerequisite:

ACTIVITIES FOR PARENTS AND CHILDREN
Karibou – Motor skill activities for 1 – 5 years oldThrough a series of obstacle courses, games, exercises and coordinated activities, toddlers are encouraged to run, jump, dance, roll and climb. These activities are aimed at developing their motor skills and giving them a feeling of pride in their personal accomplishments while reinforcing their self-esteem. The environment where the activities take place is very lively and often accompanied by music. Ultimately, the main goal is to have fun! The activities are varied and enable the children to experience a wide range of games that are adapted according to their age and abilities. He was also involved for seven years with Théâtre du Nouvel-Ontario, in Sudbury, under the direction of Brigitte Haentjens. In 1998, singer-songwriter Louis-Jean Cormier and friends, founded rock band Karkwa, which produced four studio albums and won several awards, including the Polaris Music Prize. Since 2012, Cormier has enjoyed a successful solo career, releasing four albums.
