Registration dates

Most activities offered by the City of Pointe-Claire require online registration.
COVID-19

The programming and registration dates are subject to change in accordance with government and public health guidelines in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

  • Be sure to have each family member’s MULTI Card number or LUDIK number at hand. The card is required for Pointe-Claire residents to register for City activities;
  • Make sure your current telephone number matches the one in the LUDIK system;
  • Pay by American Express, MasterCard or Visa;
  • To register, go to ludik.pointe-claire.ca.

Payment for activities costing more than $300 may be made in two instalments: a first cheque for 50 percent of the total, and a second cheque for the balance, to be cashed 30 days after the date of the first class.

Library

Residents: Starting Tuesday, January 12, at 7 p.m.
Non-residents: Starting Thursday, January 14, at 7 p.m. In-person registration for children and teens. Family membership required.
Registration assistance: January 12 and 14, from 7 to 9 p.m., at 514-630-1225.

Additional information:

Book clubs: registration in person only
Non-residents wishing to register for children’s or teens’ activities must have a family membership at the Library and register in person.

 

Costs and refunds

Activities for children and teens: Activities are free for Library members. Library membership is free for young people residing or attending a high school in Pointe-Claire. If you have registered for an activity and cannot attend it, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance at 514-630-1218, extension 1623; otherwise, a fee will be applied.

Activities for adults: If the activity is cancelled, the registration fees will be refunded in full. If a participant cancels, a refund will be granted when there is a major reason for cancellation and the request is made before the activity begins. A $10 administrative fee will be applied.

 

Day Camps 2021

Spring break camp

The camps will take place virtually. Registration will begin on February 11 at 7 p.m. and end on February 24.

Registration assistance will be available on February 11, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at 514-630-1366. The camps are reserved for Pointe-Claire residents.

Residents: Starting Tuesday, March 30, at 7 p.m.
Non-residents: Starting Tuesday, April 13 at 9 a.m.
