Public Works Day: A unique opportunity to explore behind the scenes of the City!

The City of Pointe-Claire invites you to its Public Works Day on Saturday, May 25, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., in the parking lot of Terra-Cotta Natural Park, at 50 Terra-Cotta Avenue.

This free event offers the whole family a chance to meet the dedicated teams working to keep our city in great shape.

On the agenda:

  • Meet our experts: Discover the various professions essential to the construction, maintenance, and improvement of our city.
  • Explore our municipal fleet: Climb aboard trucks, excavators, and other fascinating vehicles used for public works.
  • Water network workshop: Participate in an interactive workshop and observe the maintenance and repair techniques of our underground water pipes.
  • Activities for children: Craft workshops, inflatable structures, face painting, and games will ensure entertainment and joy.
  • Employment opportunities: Talk with our human resources team and find out about available positions. Don’t forget your resume.
  • Enjoy a delicious ice cream: Take a gourmet break with your family at our ice cream stand ($).
