Summer Season Collections

The arrival of the summer season brings a change to the collection schedule in Pointe-Claire. As mentioned in the annual calendar, from June 6 to August 23, household waste collection will be weekly. It will take place on Tuesdays for sector A and Wednesdays for sector B.

Here are the upcoming collections for the month of June:

Note that the collection of recyclable and organic wastes takes place on Mondays for all sectors.

In addition, the last leaf collection will be on June 5 for the entire population. After June 6, leaves and garden waste can be deposited in the green compost bin.

Public Works will continue to collect branches throughout the territory. Therefore, it is not necessary to contact the Public Works Department. Please note that an additional delay is to be expected due to the large quantities of branches to be recovered due to the ice storm in April. The branches are transformed into wood chips. Citizens can get them at the Public Works parking lot (50 Terra-Cotta Avenue).
