Monarch Celebration – No matter what the weather, the butterflies will take flight

Despite the rain announced for Saturday, September 14, the Monarch Celebration will proceed as scheduled between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. in the Monarch Butterfly Educational Garden, at the intersection of Belmont and Saddlewood Avenues, on the municipal land adjacent to Terra-Cotta Park.

The artistic and educational activities will be held under tents. The flight of 150 monarchs, scheduled for 10:30 a.m., could occur a little later in the day, depending on the weather.
