Discover the very first MiNi Art Rental Collection online
The Stewart Hall Cultural Centre is proud to announce the first edition of the MiNi Art Rental Collection, a project entirely devoted to the works of Pointe-Claire children aged 12 and under.
This brand new collection is made up of some forty works of art selected by a jury of art professionals, community representatives and youth following a call for submissions launched this summer.
The works received have been professionally framed by the Art Gallery to showcase them in their best light. They are part of an exhibition in the Kids’ Corner at the Stewart Hall Cultural Centre.
The entire 2021 MiNi Art Rental Collection can currently be viewed online on the City’s website and will be available for purchase or monthly rental for a period of one year.
Support our budding artists by displaying their creations on your walls!
Proceeds from the rental or sale of artwork from the 2021 MiNi Art Rental Collection will be donated to West Island Community Shares’ Powered by Kids for Kids campaign, in support of community groups focused on developing strong, resilient children.
The public will be invited to come and see the collection on display in the Kids’ Corner of the Stewart Hall Cultural Centre as soon as government regulations allow for the building to reopen.
The Stewart Hall Cultural Centre would like to thank all the participants who responded to the call for submissions. This first edition was a resounding success among our youth.
