Interruption in some of the City’s communications services

Please be informed that certain e-mail boxes in the City’s departments are currently out of service. Our teams are working to restore them as soon as possible.

To contact the City, citizens are asked to use the City’s website for services, to apply for a permit, or to complete a request, report a situation using the Voilà! Signalement app, or to send an e-mail to communications@pointe-claire.ca.

The email urbanisme@pointe-claire.ca is functional.
