Last week to register for the fifth citizen activity

The City of Pointe-Claire would like to remind its citizens that registration for the fifth citizen activity is underway until Thursday, March 14, 4 p.m. The event, which requires a reservation, will be held on Saturday, March 16, 9:30 a.m. at the Baie-de-Valois Nautical Centre.

This fifth integration activity implements the themes addressed in the latest citizen participation workshops in the context of the transformation of Saint-Jean Boulevard and its surroundings. Citizens will be invited to re-imagine Saint-Jean Boulevard and reflect on the built environment, uses and activities, mobility, and climate resilience. Participants are invited to read the fact sheet that will be used to guide the workshop discussions. It is currently available online on the Pointe-Claire consults you! digital platform.

Please note that space is limited. To participate, it’s important to reserve your spot by filling out the form available on the Eventbrite website.

Review of the Planning Program – Attend the fifth citizen participation activity

The City of Pointe-Claire invites all residents to take part in the fifth citizen participation activity to be held as part of its Planning Program review process. The event will take place on Saturday, March 16, at 9:30 a.m., at the Baie-de-Valois Nautical Centre, located at 90 Du Bord-du-Lac – Lakeshore Road. This building is easily accessible to all.

This fifth integration activity implements the themes addressed in the latest citizen participation workshops in the context of the transformation of Saint-Jean Boulevard and its surroundings. Citizens will be invited to re-imagine Saint-Jean Boulevard and reflect on the built environment, uses and activities, mobility, and climate resilience. Please note that space is limited, so it’s important to reserve your place by submitting the form no later than Thursday, March 14, at 4 p.m. This form is available on the Eventbrite website.

This participatory activity is reserved for Pointe-Claire citizens. Proof of residency will be required on the day of the event. Participants are asked to arrive at 9:15 a.m. to be settled in for the 9:30 a.m. workshop start.

Valid proof of residency:

  • Driver’s licence
  • MULTI card
  • Municipal tax statement
  • Utility bill (Hydro-Québec, Vidéotron, Bell, etc.)

The Baie-de-Valois Nautical Centre has parking spaces for those coming by car or bicycle. However, as the number of spaces is limited, we encourage participants to opt for ride-sharing or public transit.
