Update – Temporary closure of Tony-Proudfoot Park

UDPATE – August 20

Due to the rain over the last few days, the contractor must continue the work in Tony-Proudfoot Park. This will be followed by a curing period of a few days during which no one can walk on the surface. The park will remain closed until August 23, 2021.

Temporary closure of Tony-Proudfoot Park

Work on the playing surface will require the temporary closure of Tony-Proudfoot park from Monday, August 16 to Tuesday, August 17, 2021.

While the work to be done will only require a few hours, the surface must remain clear of players, big and small, for several days to allow the surface to sufficiently consolidate. Thank you for patiently waiting until Wednesday before resuming your activities there.
