Victoria Day – municipal department schedule
The City of Pointe-Claire would like to inform you of the schedule for municipal services and activities on Victoria Day.
Administrative services will be closed on Monday, May 22.
Inspection – Public Security Department
The Inspection – Public Security (ISP) Department remains open at all times (24 /7) and can be reached at 514-630-1234 or secpub@pointe-claire.ca.
Collections
The organic waste, recyclables and leaf collections for sectors A and B scheduled for Monday, May 22, remain unchanged.
Aquatic Centre
The aquatic Centre will be open according to the regular schedule. Lap swim, family swim, diving and springboard activities are available.
Olive-Urquhart Sports Centre
The Olive-Urquhart Sports Centre will be closed on Monday, May 22. See the schedule on the Olive-Urquhart Sports Centre page.
Bob-Birnie Arena and Pointe-Claire Public Library
Closed on Monday, May 22.
Pointe-Claire Public Library members can take advantage of digital resources available on the Library’s website at all times.
Stewart Hall Cultural Centre
The Cultural Center will be closed on Monday, May 22. Make the most of the weekend to visit the current exhibitions:
- Stewart Hall Art Gallery: The Writing Mountains exhibition which explores nature through the protagonist of the personal, political, and fictional. Created by multiple skillful artists, the exhibit is translated into drawings, photos, videos, and sculptures.
- Kids’ Corner: A mini-exhibition by the Lakeshore Weavers Guild that celebrates their 60th Fiber craft pieces are being showcased by current and past members to share their history and joy for the practice.
